M.U.S.E. offers the Bay Area students the opportunity to march in the St. Patricks Day Parade in downtown San Francisco. This event is open to all Intermediate/Advanced Band students. You must R.S.V.P. the Director Bryant Allard (bryant@museband.com) as soon as possible.

The parade is on Saturday, March 14, 2020 starting at 11:30am. Here are some details:

Rehearsal: It is recommended to come to our parade rehearsal Sunday, March 8 @Bishop O’Dowd 10:30-11:30am. 

Music: The students will be playing one song that they need to memorize. This years piece is called Watermelon Man by Herbie Hancock and it is in the students Book page 66. They can choose either part 1, 2, or 3. The main melody is part one. Parts 2 and 3 are designed to be a little easier so all levels of students can play together. 

T-Shirts: Students who are participating are required to purchase either a t-shirt or sweatshirt. This is our uniform. Choose any color. Go to our M.U.S.E. Store to order. If you already have a M.U.S.E. shirt from last year that fits you are set and do not need to purchase. Honor Band Shirts (Black) are not part of the uniform. 

T-shirt order deadline is February 15.
